Macrophage, plasma cells, multiple myeloma

One large Macrophage (histiocyte) in center of many Plasma Cells. The macrophage is very large and has a highly vacuolated cytoplasm reflecting engulfed and processed material. Otherwise, its N/C ratio and nuclear chromatin density are similar to some plasma cells. Multiple myeloma. Marrow - 50X
