Top left frame: 2 plasma cells, one with many vacuoles - a Mott Cell.
Top right frame: 1 Mott cell which is either a plasma cell or a plasmacytoid lymphocyte with much stored immunoglobulin
Lower left frame: 1 large plasma cell with several vacuoles.
Lower right frame: 1 plasma cell with two nuclei and numerous vacuoles which represent stored immunoglobulin and have been termed Russell bodies.
