One Mott Cell - plasmacytoid lymphocyte with multiple vacuoles. The round shape and high nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio indicate it is a plasmacytoid lymphocyte rather than a plasma cell. One band neutrophil is also in the field. Viral infection blood - 100X
