Three megakaryocytes. At the left is an intermediate stage megakaryocyte with lobulated nuclei, a small granulated area in the cytoplasm and a large clear peripheral area. To its right is a small mature megakaryocyte with lobulated nuclei and a fully granulated cytoplasm except for numerous peripheral vacuoles. At the right is a larger mature megakaryocyte with lobulated nuclei and a fully granulated cytoplasm. ITP marrow - 100X
