Left frame: Mature megakaryocyte with partially smudged and lobulated nuclei. The cytoplasm is fully granulated.
Center frame: Megakaryoblast with scant and blue staining fragmenting cytoplasm.
Right frame: Binucleated early megakaryocyte. ITP marrow - 50X
