One megakaryocyte nucleus in each frame. The one in the lower right frame may qualify as a micromegakaryocyte. Lower left frame also contains a huge megakaryocyte cytoplasmic fragment and a megathrombocyte. Myeloid metaplasia with myelofibrosis following splenectomy capillary blood - 100X
