Micromegakaryocytes, megathrombocytes, myeloid leukemia

Three mature micromegakaryocytes showing a single nucleus surrounded by granulated and vacuolated cytoplasm, which is also fragmenting. Numerous megathrombocytes are present. They are swollen and lighter in stain quality because this is an EDTA anticoagulated sample, wherein platelets usually show these changes.
