Abnormal megakaryocytes, proerythroblast, M-7 leukemia

Two Abnormal Mature Megakaryocytes. One at left center is small and contains only two nuclei. The mature megakaryocyte at right center, also small, contains four nuclei and a granulated cytoplasm surrounded by vacuoles. The smudged remains of another small mature megakaryocyte lies above it. Also in the field are one Proerythroblast (above the megakaryocyte at left center), a blast of questionable megakaryocytic origin to its right, and several late NRBC, most of which have little cytoplasm. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Marrow - 50X
