Three Abnormal Mature Megakaryocytes. The large form at the left shows an uneven number of nuclei (7) with some inequality in size. The cytoplasm is poorly granulated. Beneath it is a small mature megakaryocyte with reduced nuclear mass and poor cytoplasmic granulation. At right edge is a small mature megakaryocyte with 7 nuclei of unequal size. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Marrow - 100X
