Abnormal mature megakaryocyte, mitosis, M-7 leukemia

One Abnormal Mature Megakaryocyte in the center with a single nucleus and poorly developed cytoplasmic granulation. The cytoplasmic pseudopods may fragment off and appear as agranular megathrombocytes in the blood. The large cell above it is showing nuclear mitosis. The blast to right center may be a proerythroblast or a megakaryoblast. Several other blasts in the field appear more myeloid. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Marrow - 100X
