One negative megakaryocyte at lower right and many negative blasts. Two positive neutrophilic cells; one at top center and the other at the right of the megakaryocyte. The red cells show dark granulation (staining artefact). Peroxidase Stain with no counterstain. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Marrow - 50X
