Pelgeroid neutrophil, monocyte, blast, platelets, AML blood

One late neutrophil with a very dense band shaped nucleus (Pelgeroid) at left edge, 1 monocyte at left center, 1 Blast above it, 1 megathrombocyte at right center and 1 lymphocyte above it which appears to have some platelets adhered to it. Several platelets are scattered throughout the field; some of which are agranular. The rouleaux formation of the red cells is due to the density of the area. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Blood - 50X
