Left frame: 1 abnormal late neutrophil with dense nuclear chromatin and sticks projecting from some lobes. Its cytoplasm is colorless. Two large platelets are agranular. Right frame: 1 Late Neutrophil with very dense nuclear chromatin and only two nuclear lobes (Pelgeroid). Its Cytoplasm is Colorless. 4 platelets are agranular and two are large. The red cells show increased poikilocytosis and size variation. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Blood - 50X
