Plasma Cell, alcoholic, liver disease blood

One Plasma Cell of medium size with an eccentrically located nucleus, basophilic cytoplasm, a colorless area (Golgi) adjacent to the nucleus which has a dense chromatin with a few randomly located open areas. The red cells show no central pallor because they have been spread out on the glass in this thin area of the smear. The platelet is swollen from being in an EDTA anticoagulated sample.
