One Plasma Cell, oval in shape, with a low nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio, eccentrically located nucleus, deep basophilic blue cytoplasm containing a few vacuoles, dense nuclear chromatin with a few randomly distributed less dense areas. A monocyte is at lower left corner. Bacterial infection blood - 100X
