One large Plasma Cell, round in shape, with the nucleus only slightly eccentric in location. There is a very low nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio, deep basophilic blue cytoplasm with numerous vacuoles and a distinct clear area (Golgi) adjacent to the nucleus, and a dense nuclear chromatin pattern. A polychromatic stage NRBC is at left edge. Normal marrow - 100X
