Plasma Cell

One large Plasma Cell, oval in shape, with a very low nuclear/ cytoplasmic ratio, deep basophilic cytoplasm with numerous small vacuoles giving it a foamy appearance, a distinct clear area (Golgi) adjacent to the nucleus which has a dense chromatin pattern. Normal marrow - 100X
