One Young Plasma Cell at right center, one large plasma cell at top center and two plasma cells at lower left. The young plasma cell has a higher nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio than later cells. The large plasma cell has a number of light blue staining cytoplasmic inclusions which are probably stored immunoglobulins. Three neutrophilic myelocytes, 1 metamyelocyte, 1 mature neutrophil, 1 monocyte (left edge) and 2 late NRBC are also in the field.
