One Plasma Cell containing a fine network of fibers that may be outlining stored immunoglobulin packets. All other features are typical for a plasma cell. Two late NRBC lie above it and a probable proerythroblast to its right. It and the cells to its left have been smudged. Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Marrow - 100X
