Abnormal megakaryoblasts, myelocytes, M-7 leukemia

Left frames: 1 promyelocyte in each frame. The nuclei in each appear to be blastic but the cytoplasm shows numerous azurophilic granules. Perhaps they are Abnormal Megakaryoblasts. Center frame: 2 abnormal intermediate neutrophils (myelocytes); the lower cell shows a small lobe fragmented from the large nuclear mass. Right frame: 3 neutrophilic myelocytes. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7) in relapse. Blood - 100X
