Thirteen mature Neutrophils in a clump along the side edge of the blood smear. Each is surrounded by platelets. Larger cells and clumps of cells are more likely to aggregate in peripheral areas (side and tail edges) than in the body of the smear. Platelet Satellitism. EDTA blood - 100X
