Tri-nucleated plasma cell, blasts, Acute myeloid leukemia

Left frame: Tri-nucleated Plasma cell. Right frame: Plasma cell with cytoplasm stuffed with packets of immunoglobulin. Their blueness is a result of a staining solution that is basic in pH and/or their location in the otherwise blue cytoplasm. Four Blasts and one monocyte complete the field. Acute myeloid leukemia. Marrow - 100X
