Agglutination, Cold agglutinin hemolytic anemia

Red cell Agglutination. Most of the red cells are in amorphous clumps. Clumping of the red cells indicates a cold antibody disorder whereas rouleaux formation indicates a protein disorder. Cold agglutinin hemolytic anemia. Blood - 50X
