Megakaryocytes, megakaryocyte cytoplasmic fragment

The megakaryocyte at left center is small and mature with two apparent nuclei of equal size and a fully granulated cytoplasm. To its right is an early intermediate stage megakaryocyte with some lobulation to its nuclei and a prominent golgi with the beginnings of granulation. A large megakaryocyte cytoplasmic fragment lies beneath the latter cell. Normal marrow - 100X
