Mature megakaryocytes, binucleated megakaryocyte

Left frame: Two mature megakaryocytes showing both nuclei separation and nuclei lobulation. Granulation is poor and there is some peripheral vacuolization.
Center frame: A small early megakaryocyte with 4 nuclei and blue non-granular and fragmenting cytoplasm.
Right frame: Binucleated early megakaryocyte with a prominent golgi area, vacuolization and light blue staining cytoplasm.
