Abnormal megakaryocyte, megakaryocytic (M-7) leukemia

A small abnormal mature megakaryocyte. Its scant cytoplasm is barely granulated. Nuclei number at least nine and are unequal in size. Normal mature megakaryocytes have 8 or 16 or 32 nuclei (multiples of 4). Megakaryocytic (M-7) leukemia marrow - 100X
