Hyposegmented neutrophil, blasts, megathrombocyte, AML blood

One Hyposegmented Neutrophil (Pelgeroid) with colorless cytoplasm. Two Blasts show fine nuclear chromatin, nucleoli, more cytoplasm than usual for blasts. One has an attached fragment that is similar to the abnormal platelets in the field. One Abnormal Megathrombocyte with localized central granulation is at left center. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Blood - 50X
