Myelocytes, abnormal platelets, AML blood

Two myelocytes, one with and the other without primary or coarse azurophilic granules. Both contain vacuoles. Their nuclear chromatin is showing some heterochromatin deveopment. Several abnormal (agranular) platelets are present. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Blood - 100X
