Center frame: 1 late neutrophil with very dense nuclear chromatin, 1 Blast with two prominent nucleoli. Right frame: 1 monocyte at top, 1 Blast with vacuolated cytoplasm beneath it. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Blood - 100X
