Blasts, abnormal megathrombocyte, AML in relapse

Two cells with semi-dense chromatin which appear to be neutrophilic myelocytes. The other four cells are probably Blasts from the appearance of their nuclear chromatin. One Abnormal Megathrombocyte is at top right. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7) in relapse. Blood - 100X
