Blasts, neutrophilic myelocyte, monocyte, AML in relapse

One neutrophilic myelocyte at top left, another at center right and top right. A blast at lower left and top center left. A monocyte at lower right and a very abnormal cell with nuclear chromatin and nucleoli consistent with a blast and highly granulated cytoplasm at right of center. The center of each granule appears to be colorless. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7) in relapse. Blood - 100X
