Left frame: 1 Plasmacytoid Lymphocyte with several vacuoles and a contorted nucleus, 1 monocyte with a band shaped nucleus.
Center frame: 1 small lymphocyte partially smudged, 1 small Plasmacytoid Lymphocyte with multiple vacuoles. Compare the nuclear chromatin of the two cells.
Right frame: 1 mature neutrophil, 2 Plasma Cells. The cell on the left could also be called a plasmacytoid lymphocyte since the nucleus is centrally located.
