Plasma Cells

Three Plasma Cells. One is twice the size of the others. It also has a lighter blue cytoplasm and a very distinct clear area (Golgi) adjacent to the nucleus. All have a very low nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio, and a dense nuclear chromatin pattern with a few less dense areas randomly distributed. Two late NRBC are present. Normal marrow - 100X
