Plasma cell, NRBCs, hypersplenism

One normal size Plasma Cell at left side and one enlarged plasma cell at right center. Both have prominent Golgi areas. Also in the field are several Polychromatic and Orthochromatic stage NRBC, one proerythroblast at top left, 2 neutrophilic myelocytes and several later neutrophilic cells, 3 band eosinophils and several smudge nuclei. Hypersplenism. Marrow - 100X
