Plasmablast, plasmacytoid lymphocyte

A Plasmablast or a Plasmacytoid Lymphocyte. Both have a basophilic blue cytoplasm, high nuclear cytoplasmic ratio and a coarse nuclear chromatin. If present in the blood, it would be called a plasmacytoid lymphocyte. Since this is marrow, it might be a plasmablast. Marrow - 100X
