Top frame: 1 early progranulocyte with numerous azurophilic granules on left side, 1 late progranulocyte with multiple azurophilic granules on right side. Some of the granules are very large and colorless in their center. Both Progranulocytes show very large prominent nucleoli. Lower left frame: 1 progranulocyte with numerous azurophilic granules, some of which are very large and colorless in their center.
