Five negative early-to-intermediate stage cells and two positive (multiple coarse black granules) cells. Both positive cells appear to be early cells. Peroxidase stain plus Wright's-Giemsa counterstain. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7) in relapse. Blood - 100X
