Five negative cells, all of which appear to be Blasts. Two positive cells, one containing a fine sprinkling of black granules and the other one is very positive similar to progranulocytes and myelocytes. Peroxidase stain with no counterstain. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7) in relapse. Blood - 100X
